This is a melt indexer capable of multi-weight measurement as specified by ASTM D1238 Method D, in addition to standard single weight measurement.
【Features】 ■ A load range of 0.325kg to 21.6kg is pre-installed in the device. By automatically selecting the weight, the operator's burden is reduced, and the safety of the operation is improved. ■ Up to three-step load increments and decrements (multi-weight measurement) can be performed automatically in a single test. This allows for the determination of the flow rate ratio (FRR), which is commonly used as an indicator of how the rheological properties of thermoplastic materials are affected by the molecular weight distribution. (ASTM D1238 Method D) ■ It can also be used as a standard single-weight measurement melt indexer (MFR/MVR measurement device, MFR meter, MI meter, melt flow rate testing machine).
